The Little Books of Big Somethings are a collection of shared stories and words of wisdom from Canadian leader and inspirer Karen Radford.
What started as a passion project for her sons, niece and nephew grew into a series of three travelling books. A social enterprise, these books are Karen’s gift to prompt people to reflect and share their stories to create a connection.
May you too be inspired to explore and share your own stories and reflections with those you love.
Knowing Yourself
In this book I share some of my stories to push you to think, ponder and explore the stories and learnings of your life. What brings you fulfillment, what holds you back, what are your dreams, your fears, your passions?

Becoming a Leader
This book is a collection of my stories, the humbling mistakes, lessons learned and wisest counsel I have received. I share them as inspiration for your exploration. Leadership is like a roller coaster as you go up and down between effort and learning. The more you try, the greater the risk, the deeper the learnings. May my stories help you reflect, accept and muster the courage to express yourself fully as a leader.

Keep Exploring
Book three, a compilation of stories to spark your own exploration. Passions, yearnings, dreams. Patterns, limiting beliefs, old wounds. They each require acceptance, attention and grace. I believe one of the best ways to get in touch with our desires and barriers is by spending time exploring our own stories. May my stories support you in your exploration.
