Meet Karen
As a quiet dreamer and avid people watcher I’ve learned that leaders who know themselves and have the courage to live their beliefs make the biggest impact at work and in the world. They also seem to have a lot more fun.
I see organizations as living, breathing, evolving systems that, with clear intentions, can create communities where people grow and thrive. I’ve been fortunate to serve on the executive teams of two of Canada’s largest corporations, participate on numerous boards and I am the founder of YOSSA*. Today I champion those leading big messy transformations.
Originally from New Brunswick, I am a proud Canadian, who currently calls Calgary home with my husband Jason. As our boys are off creating their own stories, I continue to explore and share.
