My clients spend years and sometimes decades around boardroom tables. They are driven conscientious CEO’s and executives. Every day, they invest their best to help deliver on a corporation’s ambition.

Advisory Work
In the past five years I have worked with executives in Canada, around the world and across industries. Each had a significant business challenge to overcome. I have walked beside them, and worked behind the scenes helping ensure they take their best step forward.
I’ve called the work I do everything from “shadow boxing” to sparring partner. My goal is to help the executive be the best version of themselves. To champion high achievers so they are better able to lead with confidence and conviction. Our work includes leadership development, personal exploration, approaches on how to best engage teams and organization. Together, we explore the art of co-creating and collaborating with peers and how to get the most out of stakeholders and boards. Success is a leader who acts and reaches for what is possible, who leads authentically and comfortably address their limitations, and who is fulfilled and ready to accept the challenges ahead.
